All about Jo

After looking for jobs for a long long time, I finally become employed!
The new job is in Jxy ,located in Yong Ho; 
students there are from public and private schools.
With professional system, teachers (like I ) need not spend time
arranging administration affairs such as desiging homework or quizes.
It's much much easier when compared to the system I working now
(soon will be "before")

The original teacher is very active in teaching, always using games to
arise students' interests and make them learn more efficiently and,
most important of all, happily.Kids in those three classes are very smart and active,
though of course some are pretty naughty,but quite behaved actually.
When audting the new teaching methods, I am quite ashamed of myself
that how could I teach in such a stiff and strick way, and maybe I already
make my students hate English. God....WHAT HAVE I DONE TO THEM!!
Hope I can learn a total different way of teaching ,especially in active way,
in my new work place and make my students learn happily and effectively.

在一陣漫長的求職後,我終於不再是無業遊民了!!
新工作是在永和的佳x,學生有公立小學也有私立小學的,
但因為是有專業的體系,很多行政事務,
如出作業改考卷等東西都不用老師另外費心去安排,
相較之下非常的輕鬆!哦耶!

最近這一個星期去聽課,
我要接手的那位老師教法非常活潑,
讓孩子們從遊戲中學習,也學得滿有效率的.
我要接手班級的小朋友都很活潑,上課也很開心,且程度也都不錯,
雖然仍有一些調皮的學生,但倒也還有分寸.
害我都覺得我之前倒底是怎麼搞的,怎會把小朋友給教得死氣沉沉的...
希望在新的工作環境,我可以學會活潑的教學法,
而不再是像目前一樣教條嚴厲的教法.

明天就要正式上場了,雖然已經有先跟小朋友們認識了,
也有教了一些課,但還是會有一點點緊張與不安...
